Is there a group of three different foods that will provide all necessary nourishment?

I was told that milk, eggs and bananas together will provide all the vitamins, minerals and protein we need every day.
Eggs have all the vitamins except vitamin c
No you cannot eat just the same three foods.



You need veggies, and a Varietyof foods to stay healthy.
ribeye steak,sirloin steak,fillet steak.
