Should I thaw out frozen raspberries before using them for baking?

I am planning to make white choc and raspberry brownies. I want the brownies to have a really fudgy texture.
They can add too much moisture to the brownies when frozen. I would rinse them in water and put them in a colander for about 15 min and that should help alot. They will add a great flavor and help to keep the brownies moist and chewy.
Yes. Using frozen fruits for baking will leave a mess in whatever you are using them in. All of the water/ice stored inside the fruit will melt out into your muffins etc.
